Currently  we are looking for dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as Regional Account Manager (Sumatera Barat & Riau area).
Job Purpose :
Lead a team of Account Executives to succeed; drug formulary entries in regional account, to execute key account business planning, to promote business in terms of high volumes and value. Maximize Sandoz product listing, long term business & market share objective in assigned account. Tender bidding and execution of market access strategies.
Major Accountabilities :
  1. Product Listing /Formulary (weight:25%)
  • Effectivelydevelop and maintain Account listing ( in assignment outlets)
  • Leverage relationship to achieve mutual benefit for PTSI and the listing committees
  • Design PTSI value of proposal to outlets on sound commercial basis
  • Be able to summarize each target hospitals/institutions current conditions (economic, financials, competitor) and develop a strategy & Achieve objective
  • Design and deliver tailored solutions for each Key Account based on their requirements
  1. Key Account Business Planning (weight:25%)
  • Proactively identifies, priorities and develops strategies for Key Account growth and resolution of performance issues for assigned across Key Account products and reviews business plan
  • Plays leading role across PTSI team in ensuring that plans contain strategies and tactical approaches to the achievement of identified objectives
  • Develop and successfully implements short and long term access strategies for decision makers hospital administrator other high value decision makers in target departments
  • Develop and map of tender planning and set the strategy to beat the competition (get the good result)
  1. Hospital /Institution Sales Achievement (weight:25%)
  • Ensure optimal execution of plan of action (POA), field tactics program and territory plans
  • Regularly review achievement of Hospital / Institution sales vs target and initiate appropriate action to ensure performance in line with objectives
  • Conduct SWOT analysis of market/competitors to identify Hospital / Institution business opportunity
  • Develop hospital/Institution business plan based on key objectives and allocate resources are directed to territories and customers of greatest potential
  • Monitor Hospital /Institution business plan to ensures appropriateness of intended action and implementation in the field.
  1. Building and Managing Relationship with Customers, KPDM’s and Corporate: (Weight:25%)
  • Maps stakeholders and builds ‘peer’ working relationships with top-tier Key Opinion Leaders and bodies throughout Process
  • Moves the opinion of the market through powerful stakeholder strategy and relationships throughout the Process
  • Maintains active working relationships with key external stakeholders
Background :
Education
  • Bachelor degree in any field, preferably life-science related
Experience
  • At least 2 years experience as Area Manager or as Key Account Manager in a pharmaceutical organization
